Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the VoxSpan AI receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

VoxSpan provides an AI-powered phone receptionist platform for small businesses. The service answers calls, captures lead information, records and transcribes conversations, and makes call data available through a web dashboard.

Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Make unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing calls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service beyond its intended purpose.

Phone numbers and forwarding

You are responsible for configuring call forwarding on your own phone line or carrier to route calls to the VoxSpan-provided number. VoxSpan does not control your carrier settings and is not responsible for calls that do not reach the service due to misconfigured forwarding.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown in your account. Usage-based charges, such as minutes consumed, are calculated based on the data recorded by the service. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Intellectual property

VoxSpan retains all rights to its software, branding, and platform. You retain all rights to your business data and content uploaded to the service. You grant VoxSpan a limited license to use that data solely to operate and improve the service.

Limitation of liability

VoxSpan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxSpan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
